Pastor Mark Dickson has served at Sun Prairie for the past 32 years with his wife Dee. They have two grown daughters who grew up in Salem and now live with their families in Madison, SD and Mazeppa, MN. Prior to his ministry at Sun Prairie he was an associate pastor in Minnesota. He grew up in Michigan where he received a bachelors degree from Calvin College. He obtained a Master of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul. Mark enjoys being a participant and spectator for all kinds of sports. He has grown to love life in rural South Dakota and the time he spends biking, hiking and riding horses. Pastor Mark enjoys preaching and is committed to presenting the word of God in a manner that is true to intent of God and practical for the person living in our modern culture. He is also active in the Sun Prairie youth ministry and loves to lead worship with his guitar, as it is his desire to lead others into the presence of the Almighty.
