Worship at Sun Prairie Baptist Church At Sun Prairie Baptist Church, our worship services feature the high-energy praise and heart-felt worship music of today enriched, every now and then, by a majestic hymn from our heritage. We won't make you raise your hand or stand up, or do anything that would make you feel uncomfortable. We're also saving space near the back just for you, so feel free to just slip in and check us out. You don't have to dress up. We guess it's because of our somewhat casual atmosphere, but really all we require is that you wear what makes you comfortable. If that that's 501 blues, Dockers, or a suit, whatever is fine. We don't think it really matters. You don't have to be a Bible expert. Our pastor's sermons cover everything from Biblical basics to living a Christian life in a non-Christian society. These messages presented in an informal, easy to understand, and humor-filled way, allow you to discover or rediscover the timeless truths of the Bible. We think you'll always find something to strengthen and enrich every facet of your life. We serve an open communion. The communion table is set for all Christians. It is not our table, it is the Lord's. Each person should examine their own heart and motives before sharing in the Lord's Supper. This is a special time of remembrance and thanks for what Jesus did for us in giving His life on the cross. |
