Gold Group

The mission of Sun Prairie Gold is to glorify God while providing fellowship, spiritual growth and service opportunities to the Senior Adults in our community.

Opportunities for Fellowship
Monthly potlucks are a time for seniors to gather at church for a shared meal and short program.  Programs often include special presenters who may share some interesting life experiences or senior specific information.

Opportunities for Service
A couple of times each year we travel to the Union Gospel Mission in Sioux Falls to lead a time of worship with the people that come in for the evening meal.

Some members are active in providing meals at community events and doing odd jobs around the church on a periodic basis.

Many from our group are active prayer team members.
